The Company shall sell and the Customer shall purchase the products and Services as detailed in the contract and mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Customer. The Customer shall read these terms and Conditions thoroughly before agreeing to any products or services offered by the Company. By agreeing to these product and/or services offered, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If the Customer has any confusion over any of the Terms and Conditions, he/she must ask to clarify before He/She agrees to any Products and/or Services by signing any documentation pertaining to your relationship/affiliation with L.A.Hardwood Floors Inc.Sy signing you agree to pay any and all charges and or fees agreed upon. In the case of returned checks for insufficient funds L.A. Hardwood Floors Inc.will charge the maximum fee allowed for by the State of California for the returned item and will prosecute to the full extent of the law. By signing this agreement, property owners are aware that in case of failure to pay that a Mechanic’s Lein will be placed on said property by L.A. Hardwood Floors Inc.(for more information, visit www.eslb.ca.gov). L.A. Hardwood Floors Inc. does not provide refunds of any sort, at any time. L.A.Hardwood Floors Inc. does, however, offer a ONE year installation warranty for all services described in the estimate, SIX months for commercial labor. The warranty will begin on the date of installation. If there is an apparent installation problem L.A. Hardwood Floors Inc. will conduct an inspection, and if there is an apparent installation problem, we will gladly fix said problem while under warranty.
